CHILDREN'S TICKET
Children under 16 years old do not pay the entrance fee. The legal guardians must mark on the purchase of their ticket the number of minors that come with them. If the minors turn 16 before the day that the festival starts, they must pay the regular ticket.
NEED FOR AN ACCOMPANYING PERSON
Those people in need of a companion must duly prove their degree and type of disability through the official disability certificate. This person can request a free ticket for their support companion by writing an email to [email protected] as soon as possible, and at the latest one week before the festival starts.
RETURN POLICY
If for reasons of force majeure, such as the health situation of the pandemic, the event cannot be held on the dates indicated, the ticket will not be reimbursed but will be valid for the event once the new date is scheduled. The festival offers a free change of ownership service in case the person who cannot attend finds someone who wants to use their ticket. In this case, please write an email to [email protected] Deadline 8 July, 2022.
NO PETS ALLOWED
People accompanied by pets or companion animals will not be allowed to enter any area or zone of the festival, including the camping area. They will only be allowed to access in cases that can be certified as emotional support animals or guide dogs.
