Risoshaking Punto Cero
It is born through the fusion of several techniques of transpersonal development and energetic balance. We use the oscillatory movements of shaking to release all the tension in the body, activate the circulatory and lymphatic system, and also with that vibratory pulse generate a field and scale in all our cells, and energy centers (Chakras, Nadis, Meridians). We will use our consciousness to focus on each of our energy centers, and through intention and affirmations, we will reach a state of neutrality to be able to deploy the full potential of the quantum field, through each of the chakras, which are levels of perception of reality, to transcend the needs that unfold from the level of evolution that each chakra represents (survival, joy and care, empowerment, self-esteem and belonging, self-expression and self-realization, integral vision and transcendence). Laughter will enhance all the work, being a tool that like shaking activates the fire of joy in our heart, and also takes the mind beyond the expected and opens it to a new world of possibilities, to satisfy and transcend all needs, in this and in all multi-verses.
