We will engage in dynamic activities focused on children where parents will be their play accomplices. We will dance, laugh, and never stop moving. Both parents and children will learn something different, have fun, and engage in healthy exercise.

The hula hoop is a perfect tool for family and group enjoyment, with a guaranteed safe distance. The hoop itself usually measures between one and one and a half meters, and we need an individual space of 2 meters to spin it properly.
