They are official buses organized by the organization itself. If you don’t want to worry about your arrival to the Festival and travel with the best atmosphere that Own Spirit offers, we put at your disposal the Own Shuttle Bus. You will be able to arrive directly to the festival from Barcelona city and airport.

Yes, through Ticketswap you can always sell your ticket comfortably and securely.

If you come by motorhome, van or similar (large vehicles with capacity to sleep inside). Within the festival grounds there will be an area to park these vehicles.

A team of people will be in charge of guiding you to find a place to park. To avoid problems of obstruction of the passage, it is preferable not to remove the vehicle until the end of the event.

Plots are delimited. Each plot can be occupied by several tents. To improve the comfort of the public, wooden poles have been installed between the plots to facilitate the creation of shadows. We advise you to bring awnings, canvases or tarpaulins.

Yes, there is a zone for families and you will be able to park in that area.

If you can not attend the festival during the week, but do not want to miss it, get your Weekend Ticket now, you will have exclusive access to the festival from Friday 8 at 18:00h until Monday 11 at closing time.

Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. on 09/06/2023 and close at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 09/12/2023.

Minors who wish to access the event, must be accompanied by an adult (guardian or legal representative) and must be registered on arrival or previously through an online form (as decided by the organization after web communication or RRSS). Minors under 16 years of age (these not included), may access the event free of charge upon prior notification through the established channels (access point or web form, as agreed by the organization).

You will be able to access the parking lot where your car will be at any time, the walking time from the campsite to the parking lot is about 10 minutes, maximum 15 if you are tired 😉

Yes, you will be able to buy food from the foodtrucks and the restaurant but we will not prohibit you from bringing food from outside. Just a reminder that there are no coolers available so make sure it is non-perishable food or fruit that keeps well despite the heat (e.g. apples, melon and similar).

Access to the event will be prohibited or denied to persons who:

  • Carry Weapons,flammable products, which may endanger safety.
  • Are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other illegal substances.
  • Have been forbidden access to the festival previously imposed by the organization, administration or legal authorities.
  • Are demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace or cause someone else to do so.
  • Engage in fighting or disruptive behavior.
  • Use foul language.
  • Resist search by festival security officers and security services.
  • Refuse to declare or conceal prohibited objects, which are set forth herein.
  • Act in violation of the provisions of one or more articles of these internal regulations or in the spirit of the same.

You can NOT bring your pet to the festival.

Showing up at the access point accompanied by animals or pets will be sufficient reason to deny access to the event to the person accompanied by the animal without the right to reimbursement of the ticket/ticket or any type of compensation. In case of hiding the animal and accessing the enclosure, the organization is not responsible for incidents and damages related to the animal, which will be solely the responsibility of the owner or person in charge. The person accompanied by the animal may be expelled from the event at any time.

The only exception to access the event with an animal or pet will be having an official document proving that it is a guide dog or emotional support animal, and it is essential to request access in advance, contacting psycare@ownspiritfestival.org.

Yes! The Own Spirit Festival VOLUNTEER TEAM always has its arms open for creative minds and willing hands to actively collaborate with us in the different PHASES of the production of the event!

You can participate BEFORE the festival (but you have to hurry!)

 

You can participate DURING the festival (you must send your application before September 1st)

And you can also participate AFTER the festival (you must send your application before August 20th).

We do not have checkroom service.

The Infopoint is a space where you can approach in case you need information. If you have a question, suggestion, or if you need help with any aspect of the festival, do not hesitate to stop by. We will always be willing to lend you a hand.

The infopoint also has the function of managing reservations for treatments and personalized services offered at the festival (e.g. temazcal, therapies, etc.).

If you get hurt or someone in your group needs urgent assistance there are lifeguard points on the beach and below the ???

At the festival we also have a safe and welcoming space for people going through difficult psychological experiences, which can occur during a transformative festival, such as Own Spirit Festival. It is the Psycare area, located near the heart square. A team of well-prepared volunteers will be in charge of receiving those who need it, with love and without judgment, to accompany their well-being.

If you are experiencing any uncomfortable situation or difficulty due to consent issues, you can also approach Psycare and you will be accompanied and listened to.

The official payment system of the festival is the Cashless payment system. This system allows all payments to be made through a chip incorporated in the festival access wristband.

To recharge the wristband with money, it can be done in cash or by card at a single recharge point located next to the restaurants in the Plaza del Corazón.

The recharge point will be open from 08:00h to 00:00h every day without interruption. At night you can pay by card at the bars in case you run out of money on your wristband!

Yes, staying hydrated is very important considering the heat even though we will be in September. There will be 3 shower points available with water 24/7. Remember to use biodegradable soap.

Considering the number of attendees and the location of the festival you are not going to have coverage throughout the festival. The areas with more coverage are the entrance where the ticket office is and up the road where you arrive with the car. Anyway we have lifeguards on the beach and for any other emergency you can contact the infopoint who will be happy to enable internet connection in case of extreme need/emergency.

We will have two drinking water fountains: one in the camping area and the other in the festival square in the heart area. In any case, we ask you to always have your reusable bottle with you so that you can fill it at the bar thanks to the water bottles that we will sell at an affordable price.

It is possible to exit and re-enter during the event, if you have an OWN SPIRIT FESTIVAL access wristband.

From the Own Spirit Festival team we work to have an accessible and inclusive festival for everyone.

Although we want to keep growing and improving, we are aware that we still have a long way to go. That’s why we advise you to contact us before buying your ticket in case you have any special needs, to make sure we can provide you with a solution.

If you need us to reserve a camping area near the entrance to the festival area to facilitate your access, please contact us at least one week before the event starts at hello@ownspiritfestival.org.

In addition, in case you require a companion due to a disability, you have the option to request a free ticket for this companion. To do so, please contact psycare@ownspiritfestival.org.

There is no limit to the size of the tent you want to bring, unless it is a teepee or yurt that occupies more than 15 square meters. In any case, there are no specific dimensions for the pitch. However, we must ensure that the path for cars and first aid vehicles is kept clear at all times.

There will be food booths offering vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian and meat options from both food trucks and the festival restaurant. We will also have a place where we will be selling ice. Glass bottles outside are not allowed as many go barefoot, plus we are trying to minimize waste by limiting glass production to the bars.

Cannabis and other drugs according to national regulations are illegal, the organization is not responsible for eventual fines or any other legal implication coming from local and national authorities.

In accordance with GDPR data protection law, you must request permission to take photos and videos that depict the faces of people you do not know. We want to make sure that the festival is a safe place where no one feels they are being recorded if they don’t want to. On the other hand, Nature will be happy to be portrayed by you and we will be happy for you to tag us on your social media. We will also have official photographers around the festival posting different images in the following period… if you want to be part of the gallery for next year, be sure to SMILE 😀
