The human problem can be summarized in the armoring, which separates us inside (mind-body, character-shadow) and outside (I-world). In bioenergetics we dissolve these splits while building an energetic body that allows us to sustain the intensity of a felt and connected life. We do not do all this alone, but through the link and also recovering our collective dimension, as a tribe.

The workshop will have an initial and a closing circle, as well as a central dynamic of movement, dance, exercises and meditations. In the initial circle the intention of the workshop will be presented and in the final circle the learning of the experience will be collected.
