Gem Brella Yoga
A proposal to start the day activating the body and the respiratory system through Vinyasa Flow. A practice to open body spaces while flowing with breathing and movement.
The session begins with a contact of the body, mind and breathing, preparing and warming up in order to experience a constant and harmonious flow between postures and breathing.
Experiencing body and respiratory fluidity first thing in the morning, helps us to have a focused mind to live the day with more presence and awareness.
