YOGA - THE SERPENT and THE EAGLE
In this session we will work the connection with the body and Earth practicing
conscious breathing. This experience of rooting will be taken to the practice of Asana
with the objective of balancing the Solar and Lunar energies (the Serpent), raising it
and awakening the Consciousness (the Eagle). Finally we will stabilize the energy
with Pranayama exercises (expansion of Vital Energy through brething exercises) to
then connect with the universal beat in guided meditation.
This special class includes:
1. Conscious breathing: vientral breathing techniques.
2. Guided meditation for the stabilization of the vital airs (Vayus).
3. Kundalini Yoga Celestial Communication.-
4. Ásana.- the Serpent and the Eagle.
6. Guided meditation: connecting with the universal heartbeat.
7. Savasana - Nidra.
