Acroyoga is a practice, which can help you to discover trust in yourself and the
other, cultivating aspects such as awareness and empathy with life. Acroyoga
teaches us a greater awareness in the breathing and in the alignment of the postures
and provides therapeutic benefits derived from stretching and Thai massage.
In this workshop we will learn from basic acroyoga concepts such as alignment, body
management, integration, confidence, stretching, even elements of acroyoga. In this
workshop, each person will learn the three basic elements of acroyoga that are base,
flying and spotter.

- Develop body stretches and acrobatics with yoga postures basing and flying.
- Learn postures, transitions, input-outputs and sequences.
