Description: The workshop begins with playful warm-ups in groups. It is a more relaxing than dynamic workshop. The use of the buugeng is closer to movements of "tai-chi" than the typical movements of other types of juggling. You will learn some basic movements related to transitions aimed to make the movement flow, and some more advanced techniques as well; the workshop will end up with improvisation exercises so that each student can let flow their emotion and body expression.
