Description: Beginning with playful warm-ups in groups, the workshop will go on with learning certain movements and techniques with the idea of feeling and understanding the juggling natural movement and the body itself. We’ll go on with an initiation to "contact" techniques and isolations.
The workshop will end with improvisation exercises using the techniques shared during the workshop.
