Aerial hoop acrobatics and Cabaret


For all levels and ages. It’ll start with a warm-up that mixes traditional circus stretches, with a little bit of yoga as well; we will also enhance some fine senses that will help us to understand our body and the aerial element as a whole. 

I will also perform a circus show in which I have been working for more than a year, a very tough and ambitious artistic process which I want to awaken consciences with.
